New Website Launches to Showcase the Unforgettable Coast
The Mexico Beach Community Development Council is proud to announce the launch of their new website, Mexico-Beach.com. The site is part of a rebranding initiative done by Mexico Beach’s new agency of record, Cornerstone Marketing and Advertising, Inc. – The Idea Boutique®, a full-service advertising and public relations firm located in Grayton Beach, Florida. The site, which features an easy interface, allows viewers to explore the many amenities Mexico Beach has to offer.
“We wanted to make the Mexico Beach online experience as authentic as visiting the town itself,” says council president Kimberly Shoaf. “If someone is planning an upcoming trip to Mexico Beach or simply looking to explore the area from afar, then Mexico-Beach.com has all the details, photos, and even live video to showcase our piece of paradise!”
The five tabbed sections on the new website allow site visitors to easily locate useful information about Mexico Beach. Along with visitor information and photos, the site highlights the various fishing, shopping and dining options, as well as the many beaches. In fact, one of the site’s most interesting features is the Beach Cam, which allows viewers to see the beaches and the surf, in real time, from nine different angles locations.
Enhancing the area’s current and authentic brand is part of the rebranding campaign led by Cornerstone Marketing and Advertising, Inc. – The Idea Boutique®. The website has been designed with a nostalgic feel and vintage ideals, while remaining current and up to date. A calendar of events, a newsletter and a blog all communicate the many events and happenings at Mexico Beach. A business listing helps connect the public with area vendors, as visitors to the site can locate what they need with the click of a mouse.
Mexico Beach boasts one of the perfect destination wedding locations along the Gulf Coast, and the new site lists churches, officiants, videographers and photographers in the area and details such wedding day amenities as beauty salons, catering services, and florists.
“A visit to Mexico Beach is an escape from everyday life, and we like to keep it as stress free and relaxing as possible for both our locals and guests,” says Shoaf. “For this reason, we’ve compiled all the information anyone could want about our town in one place, ensuring you’ll find what you are looking for!”
In addition to the website, viewers can “Like” Mexico Beach on Facebook, where current information and photos can be viewed. The page also features a fans-only giveaway, where users must “Like” Mexico Beach in order to be entered for a chance to win. Playing off of the nostalgic feel of Mexico Beach, fans can currently enter to win an Apple iPod touch, a HipstaCase 100, the Hipstamatic app, and an assortment of HipstaPaks.
